What does the service cost?
It costs absolutely nothing to use The Wedding Whisperer’s ideas, information and inspiration.
No secret clauses, no hidden fees. It’s the best money you’ll never spend on your wedding

I should warn you, though, that the Corner Store is cram-packed with all kinds of wedding necessities, accessories, and stuff you’ll want, from T-shirts to tiaras.
And you’ll have to pay to take any of that home!

What exactly do I get for my “no-money”?
You get exactly what you want. I’m not kidding. The Wedding Whisperer’s service is about listening to you and helping you find the wedding service providers who do what you’re asking for. You’ll get a range of options, and tips on how to save money for the things that really matter to you.

Plan to stay awhile. The couches are comfy, and the coffee pot is hot. There’s a wealth of information to browse through at your own pace. Before you decide you’d rather elope, call into the store, and see how we can help you achieve the wedding day you’ve been dreaming of. 

So, do you get a “kickback” from the companies you recommend?
Actually, no. And that’s the whole point.

The Wedding Whisperer’s Consultancy Service was created to offer the best match between you and the companies who can best provide the products and services you’re looking for, not just the companies with hefty marketing budgets.

You can be sure that if the Wedding Whisperer recommends a product or service, it will be because she has total confidence that they will be able to meet your requirements with excellence. Her confidence will come from a mix of personal experience, reputation, and feedback from brides and grooms who have previously used their services.
If you’ve had excellent service, and would like to commend a company to us, we’d be glad to hear your opinion, too!

 

What else is available in store?
It would almost be easier to list what we don’t have! If we don’t have what you need, there’s a strong likelihood that we can get it for you.

We have samples of most wedding necessities, and a variety of catalogues to browse through.

We don’t hold a lot of stock in-store, because we prefer to order in specific quantities, guaranteeing you the freshest, newest possible products for your wedding day. There’s usually no extra charge for local orders. Overseas orders will attract shipping and import fees.

I’m looking for something particular and can’t find it anywhere. Do you have it?
Honestly? Probably not in stock. But the good news is, we have fantastic suppliers, great networks, a dash of ingenuity, and a generous helping of persistence. Which means, if it can be found, made, or invented - we’ll do out best to get it for you.
To date we’ve found: A blue Kombi Van [bridal car], a NZ police cake topper, real paper confetti, traditional Japanese wedding vows, 25 matching umbrellas...  just to name a few!
