All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices listed on this website are indicative only, and may vary due to shipping costs and the dollar exchange rate. The Wedding Whisperer reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment processing is done through e-banking and/or Paypal.
All payments are subject to authorization and validation checks by Paypal. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any resulting delay or non-delivery of your order. We will not be liable to you or any third party for refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing of that transaction has begun.
We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. DELIVERY
We make every effort to deliver on estimated times, but any delivery specified is a best estimate and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. Special rush deliveries can usually be arranged but will usually be subject to additional charges.
LOSS OF MERCHANDISE IN TRANSIT
Orders shipped to you directly from The Wedding Whisperer, include a delivery tracking number, and a signature requirement upon delivery. If the dress order is verified as lost in transit to you, we will make a claim with the shipping company for compensation on your behalf.
THIRD PARTY MERCHANDISE, ORDERS SHIPPED FROM OVERSEAS MANUFACTURERS, AND CUSTOMS DUTY AND BROKER FEES FOR NEW ZEALAND
There may be an additional charge for shipping into New Zealand for merchandise sold through third party links shown on our website. The associated fees (customs duty, brokerage fees, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. In addition, we offer products that are shipped directly to the customer from our manufacturers. The Customer is responsible for all applicable New Zealand import fees associated with their order. These fees are not included in the prices shown, or in our shipping charge. When you order these items, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when your package reaches New Zealand.
